Great views of Space Needle, Lake Union, and Mount Rainier from the rooftop terrace. The location is great; it's on a quiet street with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. And it's a pet-friendly building with nearby parks and nice neighborhood streets to go on walks."

The building management team is one of the best I've had - they are all very friendly and extremely responsive when and if any maintenance issues come up. The location is ideal, close to all cap hill's shopping and restaurants but offset on a quiet street (Belmont). I would certainly recommend this building for anyone exploring pet-friendly apartments in the more northern part of cap hill."
